Modern pop music rooted in the sixties and seventies, that pushes the boundaries, but always colours inside the lines. The irritation of the lyrics of the verse of ‘Lost at a Festival’ are supported by a determined drum, cheeky bassline and a vicious synthesizer. Whereas the verses lend themselves to a hip-hop head bump, in the choruses we are allowed to swing our hips! In the middle of the song there is time for contemplation.
